Why do I even bother having health insurance, then?
Or do the emergency rooms catch a clue finally when
you're a repeat offender?

Rock :) I wonder if I'm the only uninsured legal adult that's considered a fake ID for emergencies. Thing is, I hate the insurance too, it's bullshit. I've had pretty good experiences with Aetna and Oxford, but it was still a PITA.

god, I hear that. I pay more than $100/month for "maintenance medications," and I consider myself lucky!!
